CBEC (Legal Cell) has instructed to file SLP in supreme Court where GST collection is stayed by High Court in wake of growing petitions travelling to High Court vide Instruction dated 18-09-2017.

CBEC has also laid down guidelines to file SLP vide Instructions dated 18-07-2016.
