Filing of GSTR-5A by Non resident taxable person for online information and data base access or retrival services provided to non taxable online recipient has been extended to 20-11-2017 for the month of July, Aug and Sep 2017 by Notification 42/2017 dated 13-10-2017

For above service providers. earlier the date for July 2017 was extended till 15-09-2017 by Notification 25/2017 dated 28-08-2017.
